Project Description: 

The Hayden Company, Inc. Coordinate the renovation with Asbury management, staff and students for daily operations of the occupied building during renovation. There were considerable unforeseen conditions found and addressed without extending the scheduled summer break time frame of 70 calendar days for completion. Major portion of renovation was the demolition and replacement of the sanitary sewer system and domestic water system for the entire building, structural modifications and renovation of offices and classrooms.
