Provide turn-key construction for an inking company that manufactured ribbons for typewriters and calculating machines. The building is a clear span pre-engineered metal building with a separate metal building for offices. The interior warehouse space has a loading/receiving docks; fully air conditioned and heating. Offices are light gauge framing with drywall, paint, carpeting, and VCT.
